The broad definition of the word concierge is “A person hired to make arrangements or run errands.”   As your wedding concierge, I see my role as having a higher purpose.  That purpose is to make sure you relax and enjoy your most important day.  I believe that your wedding day should be well celebrated, in the style that is a perfect reflection of your love and the life you intend to build together.  Because after all...your wedding day is the beginning of your beautiful marriage!

Our  Month-of -Event service is designed to help you "stress-less" and is customized to fit your needs.  I want your event to meet or exceed your wildest dreams.  Your event should reflect your unique personality, style, and taste.  My signature, concierge service consists of providing a customized resource package, designed to save a busy couple hours of online research and multiple meetings in order to connect with the perfect pro-equality, affirming businesses that fit your needs and style and will deliver your perfect vision of your wedding day.


My goal is to allow you to be in the moment and enjoy your wedding day without worrying about your vendors or timeline.  We start with a consultation that helps me understand your needs and your vision. 


Are you a DIY couple? YES, you do need a Month-of-Event-Coordinator. This is where we shine!  Our Concierge Month-of-Event service includes:

  • Two consultation appointments as your wedding day approaches (within one month of wedding day)

  • Ongoing and unlimited contact via phone and email

  • Coordination of your rehearsal and ceremony (up to 2 hours of rehearsal time)

  • Preparation of a personalized and very detailed wedding day itinerary

  • Confirmation of all vendors

  • Delivery of the itinerary to all vendors and the wedding venues - making sure everyone is on the same page and that there isn't any confusion.  Delivery and explanation of itinerary to bridal party at rehearsal

  • Check-in of vendors and supervision of table set-up, placement of seating cards, and decor installation 

  • Up to 8 hours of creative construction time. (building centerpieces or other decor)

  • Two event concierges the day of wedding 

  • Making sure that you, your beloved and family are comfortable and have all the attention and service you need while getting ready for your big day

  • Distribution of final payments and gratuities to all vendors.

  • Assisting with distribution and pinning of all corsages, boutonnieres, wedding flowers and flower baskets.

  • Greeting your guests and directing them to ceremony area, cocktail hour and reception

  • Lining up and cueing wedding party for processional

  • Ensuring you and your bridal party are prepared for post-ceremony formal pictures

  • Greeting you and your beloved with your favorite drink as you arrive at your reception site.

  • Ensuring that you, your spouse and bridal party enjoy the cocktail hour hors d' oeuvres

  • Ensuring your musical entertainment is prepared for your entrance and has correct pronunciation of the members of your bridal party

  • Ensuring you and your beloved have a fabulous time at your reception!

  • Pack-up of all personal items (centerpieces, cake server, toasting glasses, gifts, etc.)
